Our consistent bottleneck: teachers with reform-pedagogical experience and a love of forest, animals, workshop. We pay near tariff, cook lunch daily — and offer that you can stay.

50 % · Cook or housekeeping master · alongside Ulrike Musterfrau · from August 2026
What you get with us
Six plain sentences.
Near-tariff pay
We pay roughly the German TVöD-VKA rate. Fully transparent — table available at the first interview.
Lunch for staff
You eat with the children at the table — free of charge. Not a benefit, but part of the pedagogy.
Apartment on site possible
The farmstead has two small staff apartments (1 and 2 rooms). If interested — and available — we'll talk.
5 days CPD per year
Paid professional-development days. We support Reggio, Hengstenberg, and forest-pedagogy certifications.
One school year probation
Both sides gain time. After one school year we decide together whether you stay — and you decide too.
