From an enquiry
to a school child.

The path is straightforward, but not arbitrary. Four reliable steps — from first enquiry to first school day. 6 to 9 months lead time, depending on when you find us.

1.

Visit an open afternoon

Three dates per school year (October, November, January). 2.5 hours each, parents without children. We present the concept, walk the farmstead, answer questions — and you speak with parent representatives whose children attend. Registration via the form below.

  • 2.5 hours, Wednesday or Friday afternoon
  • Maximum 25 families per date — real conversations
  • Free, non-binding

2.

Admission interview

If the open afternoon and concept fit, we arrange a 2-hour interview — parents and child together. We want to meet the child; you want to see how they react with us. Both sides decide honestly at the end whether it fits.

  • About two hours, preferably mornings during a regular school day
  • Child spends one hour in the prospective learning group (accompanied)
  • Parent conversation in parallel with school leadership — frank, with room for uncomfortable questions

3.

Trial day

If both sides see a „continue", the child comes for a full school day in the prospective learning group. We observe — parents stay away (this matters). In the evening we briefly speak; the day after, we decide together.

  • Full school day, 8:00 – 14:30, in the prospective group
  • Lead teacher accompanies the child throughout
  • Written observation discussed with parents

4.

Admission & association membership

With mutual „yes", we sign the school contract and association membership form. Child and parents are invited once before summer break to meet the other new families. First school day after the summer.

  • School contract with clear fee structure (income-dependent per § 124 BayEUG)
  • Association membership (mandatory, € 60 / year per family)
  • Welcome day in July with other new families
