Timber depth
We don't „also do timber". We do exclusively timber and timber-hybrid — and only that.
Near-tariff pay
Aligned with the German construction-trade tariff (south) plus market premium. Fully transparent — table at first interview.
5 days CPD per year
Paid further-education days. We support HBI, master carpenter, and Cadwork certifications.
Real workshop
2,400 m² hall with two CNC abbund machines — the tools modern timber construction needs. You don't arrive at an improvised hall.
Co-determination in engineering
Constructors sit next to engineers. Detail suggestions go straight into the statics — no hierarchy bottleneck.
Six-month probation
We assess honestly. Both sides. After six months we decide together — and that's a real permanent position then.
