Senior next to senior
You work daily with engineers significantly more experienced than the industry average. No junior pyramid below you, no PowerPoint senior above.
Real 4-day week
We work Mon–Thu. Nobody is reachable on Fridays — including for clients. Full pay. 6-month trial, then permanent.
Transparent pay
Salary bands per level are documented internally and adjusted yearly. We do not negotiate „creatively" — we follow the table. Bonus tied to shared engagement outcomes.
20% learning time
One day per sprint for self-directed learning. Library budget. Conference budget per person and year.
Remote-first DE
Office in Musterort for client meetings and team days. Nobody has to be there, nobody is measured by attendance. 4 weeks per year EU workation.
No body-leasing
You're on our payroll, no subcontracting, no leasing constructs. If an engagement does not fit, we change it — not you.

Pair session
2 hours with one of our engineers. We solve a realistic problem from your domain, you share your screen. No trick questions.
Founder talk
1 hour with Marie and Jan. We talk about expectations, your career, our next 18 months. Then: written offer or honest rejection — within 48 hours.
