Can I come if I'm covered by German statutory insurance?

We are a private practice. Patients with German statutory insurance can come to us as self-payers — we issue a private invoice based on the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ) which you settle yourself. Most of our patients are privately insured or eligible for German civil-service health support (Beihilfe).

I'm an existing patient — does the booking still work this way?

Yes. Just tick „Existing patient: Yes". You can still enter your date of birth — that helps us match your file directly even if there are name overlaps.

How quickly will I get a confirmation?

Usually within one working day — by phone. If we can't reach you, we will write a short e-mail. Acute concerns get prioritised callbacks.
